Starlyss didn’t choose the design life—the design life barged in, covered in neon gradients, demanding attention. As the Creative Director at ToriStar, she leads a squad of visual wizards, font whisperers, and pixel perfectionists, all on a mission to banish boring and make brands unforgettable.

With a brain that operates at the intersection of wild ideas and strategic genius, Starlyss specializes in transforming “meh” into “HOLY %&$#, that’s amazing!” Her secret weapons? Moodboards, memes, and an unhealthy obsession with typefaces.

When not crafting the next visual revolution, you’ll find her aggressively critiquing bad kerning in public, hoarding design software like a digital dragon, or fighting the urge to redesign every billboard they pass.

But creativity doesn’t stop at the screen—Starlyss recharges by embracing a healthy lifestyle, curating a killer wardrobe, and capturing breathtaking landscapes through the lens. Whether it’s a sunrise hike, a fresh espresso, or the perfect outfit, she believes great design starts with a well-designed life.

Managing Director

Mastermind. Chaos conductor. Design alchemist. Milton is the fearless Managing Director of ToriStar, where wild ideas are tamed (or set free) and creativity knows no speed limits. With one foot in strategy and the other in absolute mayhem, Milton leads a team of visionaries, rebels, and design wizards who turn pixels into power moves. Whether conjuring up legendary brand identities, launching campaigns that slap, or debating the existential purpose of Comic Sans (spoiler: there is none), Milton makes sure everything we touch is bold, unforgettable, and just the right amount of unhinged.

When not breathing fire into the creative universe, Milton is out chasing adventure—whether it’s hitting the trails, pushing limits at the gym, or diving fork-first into a plate of something bold and unexpected. A true explorer of flavors and spirits, Milton has a passion for discovering new cuisine and savoring the complexity of exotic bourbons, always on the hunt for the next great pour.
